These tips aren’t on the website but will make your stay better:
- 🪑 Two Beach Areas: The left-hand beach (when facing the water) has shaded chairs under the trees — perfect for reading and relaxing.
- 🦟 Mosquitoes Are Real: Bring bug spray! We were glad we had “Off!” with us — the lush landscaping brings the bugs.
- 🏖️ Shade is Limited on the main beach by the activity desk — about one-third of chairs don’t have umbrellas.
- 🐾 Dog-Friendly Delight: The resort provides pet-welcome amenities, and we saw many happy pups.
- 🏄♂️ Towel Station Access: You’ll need your room key wristband to open the towel station.
- 🐠 Snorkeling Off the Beach: Visibility varies, but we saw nurse sharks, stingrays, crabs, and barracudas!
